This process can take between 15 – 20 minutes to complete. As this is a Victorian Skills First funded course, the Department of Education and Training requires us to collect certain information from all our students.

This training provides foundational knowledge required to identify the presenting risk of family violence and provide a response appropriate to the role of universal service professionals. The course also provides a basic understanding of family violence and risk needed for further levels of specialisation. The course is ideal for universal services professionals from health & allied, health, higher education, childcare, justice, sport and recreation organisations, faith-based institutions, community workers and CALD community leaders.
